At Sam Wish, I make organic bath and body products such as lip-balms, bath soaks, deodorant, and much more from the beautiful city of Austin, TX! I handcraft each product in small batches with lots of love and intention. My goal with this store is to create all-natural, healing alternatives to any over the counter products that I believe to be untrustworthy. That is why I make it a point to constantly evaluate our ingredients and products because complete well-being and (of course) effectiveness remains my top priority. However, I highly encourage further research into any and all products that come in contact with your sacred body. Questioning is the first step to truly taking responsibility for your beautiful body and all the things it is exposed to so that you may live a healthy, happy, and whole life <3

// Our history & evolution

Sam Wish originally opened it's metaphorical doors in 2010 as a vintage and upcycled clothes store, I was a stay at home mom to a new baby girl and wanted something fun and meaningful to do in my free time. So I opened up my online Etsy shop to share my love of fashion and creating with you guys! I spent a couple of wonderful years providing one-of-a-kind wears to all of my beautiful customers and I absolutely adored it. 

Then in 2013, I became really passionate about my health and the health of my family. I was learning more and more about the toxic chemicals we were exposed to every single day via our home and body products and it absolutely shocked me. I decided to take matters into my own hands and started to make my all-natural, chemical-free body products. Naturally, this new-found obsession began trickeling into my business pursuits. At a market that I frequently sold my clothes at, I brought a few of my lip balms just to see if I could sell them and as it turned out, my customers loved them! And the rest is history!

Ever since then, I have been working to build my business based on health, well-being, and mindfullness, slowly transitioning my business from vintage and upcycled fashion to all-natural and organic, bath and body products. Almost all of my products are born from a need we have in our own home. They evolve from- idea, to rough draft, to (many) trial and errors, to finalized product- all completely in-house by yours truly (ok, my family and friends help out too!). I want to offer products that I use myself, that I have taken  the time to perfect, and that I believe truly add to my life instead of diminish it. I want to offer my customers products that help to heal their body instead of poison it and most importantly, I want to offer my  customers products that are useful, practical, and simple.
